Bring a quiet note-taker into calls with your GP, the hospital, the council or the bank. Afterwards you get a clear page: what was said, what was agreed, the dates, and what to chase.
What you get afterwards
Your call with the surgery Agreed: what you both said would happen Dates & times — with "add to calendar" Reference numbers written down for you To chase: what you need to do nextPick who to call. We ring you first, then put them through.
Ring our number from your own phone, press the number of one of your contacts, or key in a number.
Say "hold on a moment", ring us, press 9, then press Merge or Add call on your phone. This works on most phones, not all.
The only thing the other person hears is one short line at the start: “Just so you know, this call is being recorded and noted by an AI assistant for you.” After that it just listens.
Before or during the call, tell it what you mustn't forget. If the call is wrapping up and you haven't asked, it gives you a quiet nudge that only you can hear.
